The Joint45 is designed for accurate 45-degree mitre cutting of natural stone and engineered stone. It helps fabricators produce clean joint pieces for kitchen countertops, table bases, 

waterfall edges and other stone-fabrication projects.

For porcelain, granite, quartz, marble and other demanding materials, the Joint45 Plus version provides a wider material range and larger configuration options.

The mitre cut by conventional bridge saws is inaccurate due to:

Variations in the thickness throughout the slab

Varying height of the table surface.

Face-up cutting of the material.

Movement of the slab during 45 degree cutting because it is not fixed.

The material being not completely straight.

The mitre saw Joint 45° eliminates these problems because the material is loadedupside down on the rubber-topped table and clamped down by pneumatic pistons which also straighten the material 

and ensure that the polished surface isalways straight. In addition, the smaller blade has less chipping of the materialduring cutting

A more stable way to produce 45° stone joints

The Joint45 loads the material face down on a rubber-topped table and holds it with pneumatic pistons. This helps stabilize the slab during cutting and keeps the polished surface aligned with the cutting process.

The machine is designed to reduce the influence of slab thickness variation, uneven surfaces and material movement. Its smaller blade also helps reduce chipping during the 45-degree cutting process when the correct blade and operating parameters are used.
