Simple equipment for routine sludge water removal


The Sludge Dehydrator combines a sludge station, dewatering bags and a sludge pump in a compact layout. The gravity-based process allows drained water to pass through the filter bags 

while retained solids remain inside the bags for collection.


Key selling points


1. 2–6 bag options — Choose a configuration with 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 filter bags according to the available space and operating requirement.Customization is available.

2. Stainless steel station — The sludge station is made of stainless steel SS304 for durability and long-term use in wastewater treatment applications.



How it works


1. Fill: Sludge is pumped into the tank through the submerged pump inlet.

2. Detect: The level detection switch controls automatic sludge pump start and stop.

3. Filter: Water drains through the dewatering bags while solids are retained inside the bags.

4. Collect: After the cycle, the dewatered sludge can be removed together with the collection bags.
