The CPM Automatic Calibrating and Polishing Machine is purpose-built for grinding and polishing strips of marble and concrete for stone fabrication factories. Before polishing begins, stone slabs are accurately calibrated by diamond segments to ensure even thickness and flat finished surfaces. This machine uses a unique dual-bridge structure: diamond calibrating heads are installed on a fixed bridge, while polishing heads are mounted on a moving bridge to maintain stable and consistent processing results.

The whole system runs with PLC control and automatic programming. Operators can view the real-time position of the calibrating head’s up-down movement on the display. One key benefit of our CPM series is high flexibility for customization. Clients can choose configurations from 1 diamond head + 3 polishing heads up to 4 diamond heads + 12 polishing heads, matching different production outputs and stone processing needs.
